Crisp &Co only will ship to New Zealand addresses.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order as soon as the transaction is made.
Shipping delivery times are 5-10 days, based stock availability as some colours are made to order.
Returns
INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Firstly, we are sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. Please contact us via phone or email, and we will help you to receive the correct goods or a refund as quickly as possible.
Please note, we will pay courier costs for faulty products or incorrect shipments.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please ensure your items are carefully packaged and addressed clearly. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

Refunds
No refunds will be provided after your order is shipped. If your order is damaged or lost during transit we will organise a replacement.
